Be A Goldfish

Just like a goldfish, who is said to have a memory of only one second (not sure if that’s true, but that’s the saying), we can practice to have moments come and let them go when they’ve passed.

Usually, we do that automatically, but sometimes we can get stuck, often that is in moments when we wish things would have gone differently. By forgiving each moment anew we can become more present.
