The Colours Of Being Community

GATHER. CONNECT. SHARE.

The Colours Of Being Community exists to help cross-cultural souls on a journey of self-discovery find empowerment through authentic expression by letting them gather, connect and share their unique gifts with each other and the world.

Events are developed in collaboration, merging the unique gifts of two or more people.

Colours & Flavors

Your storytelling foodie event!

At this event, we invite you to turn your experiences into a plate of food. Learn simple plating techniques, explore storytelling through taste, and share your creation with others.

It’s a playful and reflective experience to connect with others, and get creative—with your hands, your memories, and your taste buds.

A plate with three round, breaded food items garnished with black seasoning, green broccoli, and fresh green herbs, with a nest of white noodles underneath. A person's hand is placing a green herb on top.
Outdoor table set with white dishes and glassware, decorated with vases of colorful flowers and green foliage, under daylight with trees, bushes, a bridge, and traffic visible in the background.

Yoga & Poetry Journey
into Stillness

Practice a sacred pause.

Starting off with gentle movement, interwoven with poetry, you’ll be invited to simply be—right there, as you are. Find yourself in the handwriting meditation, and finish with a few moments to reflect and gather in community.

Follow your breath through the different elements of this evening and with each step, sink more into stillness and acceptance. People describe their experience as grounding, refreshing, and inspiring.
