One powerful way to create more mental space and reduce resistance in your life is by closing any unfinished loops that may be running in the background of your mind. These “loops” are tasks, promises, or unresolved thoughts that you’ve left incomplete—things you meant to do, but didn’t, or things left unsaid. They often linger in your subconscious and take up valuable mental energy, causing unnecessary stress.

A loop could be as simple as a task you didn’t get to yesterday or an ongoing project you’ve been meaning to start but haven’t. It could also be something more emotional, like an unresolved conversation with someone that you never followed up on. These unfinished things don’t need to be dealt with immediately, but acknowledging them and bringing them into the open helps clear up the space they occupy.
