the founder of Colours Of Being.

I’m a facilitator, writer, and creative with a deep passion for creating spaces that serve others empowerment and authenticity. With a formal education in psychology and global health, and a lifelong interest in philosophy, my approach seamlessly merges psychological understanding with the awareness of our constructed reality while making space for the nuance of poetry and inquiry of philosophy. It creates a culture that is radically accepting, reflective, and creative at the same time.

What I Do

My work lives at the intersection between allowing all that is there, connecting to the present reality—surrendering to what can not be controlled (that’s the ‘being’ part)—and making that the spot where empowerment is found through stepping into agency (that’s the ‘colours’ part). I'm passionate about inspiring others and transforming what has long been unexpressed, stuck or confusing into the colourful expression of human being.

Let’s Connect

I believe nuance is power, curiosity is liberation, and the best answers aren’t either/or—they’re often questions in better clothes.

Please feel free to explore my work and join me on this journey of self discovery and development. Creating empowerment through nuance.

Values

  • To live authentically is to return—again and again—to what is true.

Not what is expected, polished, or performative, but what is real and alive in this moment.

Authenticity is a practice of meeting myself with honesty and compassion.

It’s how I build trust, create integrity, and shape a life that feels like my own.

  • Curiosity is the doorway to possibility.

It keeps me soft, open, and willing to be surprised.

When I lead with curiosity, I let go of needing all the answers and start asking better questions.

It allows me to listen more deeply—to myself, to others, and to the world unfolding around me.

I are playing with life, dancing the dance of impermanence. By letting go of the idea of knowing it all, having everything figured out and neatly organised, I create a lot of space.

  • Growth isn’t about constant striving—it’s about conscious becoming.

It’s the quiet courage to keep evolving, even when it’s uncomfortable.

It means allowing my perspectives, identities, and paths to shift as I evolve.

I learn. I listen. I want to participate in life, see new perspectives. Both about myself and others.

Growth is how I honour change.
