A course with a social impact mission

This course is part of a greater mission to create a more sustainable society. At Colours of Being (non-profit), we do this by creating space for you to empower yourself and unfold your creative potential — because when energy flows where it’s meant to, burnout fades and abundance becomes possible.

We use creativity as a tool for empowerment. Not as talent or artistic output, but as the innate expressions at the core of who you are. Creativity is part of our human nature — everyone has it, in their own way.

Practicing creativity helps you access inner clarity, energy, and direction. Unfolding your own colours isn’t about becoming someone else; it’s about aligning more deeply with yourself, and from there experiencing greater peace, confidence, and agency.

Over 8 weeks of live group sessions, personal coaching, and community support, you’ll explore vision, values, skills, uncertainty, shame, and fear — and be supported to lead and sustain what you envision in real life.

This course is for you if:

  • You like parts of your life, and sense there’s room for more autonomy, creativity, or something that feels genuinely yours — without needing to burn everything down.

  • You’re curious about what truly lights you up — a side project, creative expression, a new direction, or simply more space for joy — and want practical clarity on how that could take shape in real life.

  • You’ve tried starting something before, but it fizzled out. You want to understand why — and learn how to create momentum that feels natural and sustainable, not forced.

  • You’re looking for a grounded, flexible growth process that uses creativity as a tool — not just to imagine possibilities, but to translate them into lived experience.

  • You feel the pull toward your next chapter and want a clear, kind, and empowering path to explore it.

**This course is not for quick fixes or get-rich schemes.

It’s a space for honesty, experimentation, and embracing the messy middle of being human — creating change that’s rooted in clarity, connection, and self-trust, rather than urgency or pressure.

What Will Happen

Methods of Engagement

Group Sessions

Here we come together as a group and work with the material of the week. It’s a blend of breakout rooms and exercises in small groups and discussions in the plenary.

Guided Reflection & Exercises

Throughout the course, you’ll encounter journaling prompts, thought experiments, meditations, and embodiment practices designed to help you explore your inner world and generate new insights.

Community (Optional)

Engaging in discussions with others can provide fresh perspectives, challenge limiting beliefs, and reinforce your learning through shared experiences.

The Commitment

Time Investment

Expect to spend approximately 3 hours per week engaging with the material. Your experience will be personal and shaped by your level of participation.

Openness To Inquiry

Rather than seeking immediate answers, approach the journey with curiosity. This journey requires intentional engagement and a willingness to explore new perspectives. Cognitive dissonance may arise—this is a sign that you’re expanding beyond old ways of thinking.

Self-Compassion & Patience

This is not about perfection but about deepening your connection to yourself. We are all unique in our creative processes.

„More and more I have been acknowledging and seeing my true value and by that naturally expressing myself more freely. I have started to say things that I used to filter and decide not to say because of fear of judgement from others. It has opened up a space within me and created an observer, one that is accepting — It feels like a window to my true self beyond the judging eyes of the ego.“

„The Colours Of Being Course has deeply supported me (and is still doing that). It's helped me recognise the old stories I've been living by and given me the awareness and tools to begin shifting them and also to learn to just let them be. I'm learning to approach myself with curiosity instead of judgment.  That shift alone has been incredibly freeing, and it's creating space for a new, more authentic version of me to emerge. This course has also given me the courage to express myself more openly, and it offers a safe space where I can be vulnerable and real. I feel supported and seen.

The chapter on shame and fear had a huge impact on me. It was deep and healing, and I cried rivers. I realised I had been carrying this pain within me for so long without really stopping to feel it.“

Lauma Graphic Designer

“It’s amazing how it provided a safe and open space right from the very start, even though the participants didn’t know each other. You’re great at creating and holding that space!”

Devansh Entrepreneur

I think the “culture” of this beautiful course is affecting me the most. I find it to be gentle and radical at the same time. Direct mirroring (love it!) and also deeply accepting of what comes up. […] I must say that Swan’s clear eye/intuition impresses me.”
