Logistics & Format

Programme Structure

Group Coaching Sessions

Here we come together as a group and work with the material of the week. I will guide you through exercises and you will receive group coaching.

Sharing Circles

This is a space to answer questions and work through stucks to close unfinished loops (the stuff that gets stuck in your head and clouds your space, that doesn’t allow you to be very present). It is also used as a substitute for if a participant didn’t make it to a session and worked through the workbook individually, they can share their process and find integration.

Guided Reflection & Exercises

Throughout the course, you’ll encounter journaling prompts, thought experiments, meditations, and embodiment practices designed to help you explore your inner world and generate new insights.

The Role Of Poetry

Selected poems are woven throughout the course to illustrate key themes, evoke emotion, and offer new ways of seeing yourself and the world. These poetic reflections serve as invitations to deeper contemplation and self-expression. All poetry is written by Swan, except when indicated otherwise.

Community (Optional)

Engaging in discussions with others can provide fresh perspectives, challenge limiting beliefs, and reinforce your learning through shared experiences.

Methods of Engagement

Time Investment

Expect to spend approximately 3-5 hours per week engaging with the material, including reading, exercises, and reflection. Your experience will be personal and shaped by your level or participation.

Openness To Inquiry

Rather than seeking immediate answers, approach the journey with curiosity. This journey requires intentional engagement and a willingness to explore new perspectives. Cognitive dissonance may arise—this is a sign that you’re expanding beyond old ways of thinking.

Self-Compassion & Patience

This is not about perfection but about deepening your connection to yourself. Transformation is a process that unfolds uniquely for everyone.
