Frequently Asked Questions

About the Course Structure

How long is the Colours Of Being Course?

The course runs for eight weeks, with one primary group session each week and a Sharing Circle between sessions which continue for a duration of two weeks after sessions ended. The additional Sharing Circles are optional.

What is the time commitment required?

Plan for 2.5 hours per week for our group sessions, plus an extra 20-30 minutes on several days a week for reflection practices and integration exercises.

Is this course delivered online or in-person?

All meetings will be held online.

What happens if I miss a session?

If you know you will miss a session you can request it to be recorded (audio) and go through it yourself with the slides that are provided after each session. Otherwise, you can catch up by going through the workbook and attend the Sharing Circle (non-guided) at the end of the week.

How many people will be in the course?

Each cohort is intentionally intimate, with a maximum of 15 participants to ensure personalised attention.

About the Course Content

I’m not very artistic/creative. Is this course still for me?

Absolutely! The “colours” we explore are metaphorical, representing different aspects of your being. While we may use some creative exercises, no artistic skill or experience is required. This course is about self-discovery, not artistic production.

How is this different from other personal development programs?

The Colours Of Being Course is unique in its integration of multiple disciplines: psychological understanding, poetic (nuanced) expression, philosophical inquiry, and learnings from physics that can teach us about reality. Rather than focusing solely on mindset or behaviour, we create a holistic container for transformation that honours your full complexity as a human being. All practices are oriented to serve your empowerment and resilience as the messy, magnificent human being you are.

Is this course spiritual in nature?

The course honours the spiritual dimension of human experience without adhering to any specific religious tradition. Participants from diverse spiritual backgrounds, as well as those who don’t identify as spiritual, can find the content accessible and valuable. I create a space where each person can engage with the material through their own meaning-making lens.

Do I need any previous personal development experience?

No prior experience is necessary. The course is designed to meet you exactly where you are. If you’re new to personal development, you’ll find a supportive entry point. If you’ve done extensive work already, the unique approach will offer fresh perspectives and deeper integration. Either way, anywhere you are, we are on this journey together and discover what works on the way.

Practical Considerations

What is the investment for the course?

The full investment for the course including a physical copy of the workbook shipped to you is €1,197. The Early Bird price (usually ending 1.5 months before course start) is €997. You can find the deadlines for any enrolment period on the main course page or on the pricing page.

What’s your refund policy?

I honour the commitment we make to each other in this transformational journey. If after attending the first two live sessions and completing all assigned practices, you feel the course isn’t aligned with your needs, you may request a refund of 80% of your investment (minus the €200 non-refundable deposit) within 48 hours of the second session.

For special circumstances like medical emergencies or family crises, I offer flexible options including partial refunds, course deferrals, or registration transfers. I believe in open communication—if you’re experiencing challenges with the course, I request a conversation first, as many concerns can be addressed through adjustments to your engagement or additional support.

For the complete refund policy, please refer to the detailed terms here or contact me directly.

What materials do I need for the course?

You need a pen and notebook and a device that runs Zoom (preferably a laptop).

Will there be 1:1 support available?

If you wish to receive additional 1:1 support as an add-on to the 45-minute coaching call that is included in the course investment, feel free to reach out to me. Course participants receive a special rate for extra support coaching throughout the course.

Addressing Concerns

I’m going through a difficult time right now. Is this the right time to take the course?

This is a thoughtful question that deserves a personal conversation. While many find this work supportive during transitions or challenging periods, there are times when a different kind of support might be beneficial first or alongside this work. I invite you to schedule a brief call with me to discuss your specific situation and determine together whether this is the right timing for you.

I’m worried about sharing in a group setting. How much disclosure is expected?

You always retain complete sovereignty over what and how much you share. While connection with others can deepen the experience, all sharing is invitation-based, never required. Many exercises offer options for private reflection or paired conversations, and I create a container of strict confidentiality and non-judgment.

What if I start the course and feel it’s not right for me?

I encourage open communication throughout the journey. If you’re feeling uncertain about the fit, I welcome a conversation to see how we might adjust the approach to better serve you. If after this, you still feel it’s not the right match, refer to our refund policy for options.
