This refund policy is intended to balance fairness, accountability, and your energetic investment.
Our Shared Agreement
When you register for the Colours Of Being Course, you’re making a commitment not only financially but energetically. Similarly, we commit to delivering a thoughtfully designed experience and showing up fully for your journey.
You may request a refund within the following timeframe:
Eligibility Window: From day of sign up till 48 hours after the second live session
Refund Amount: 80% of your investment (minus the €100 non-refundable deposit)
Requirements: Must have attended both initial live sessions (or watched recordings).
Refund Structure

Partial refunds may be considered in these exceptional situations:
Medical Emergency: With documentation from a licensed medical provider
Family Crisis: Sudden loss or serious illness of immediate family member
Unforeseen Disaster: Natural disaster or other catastrophic event
In these cases, we’ll discuss options that may include:
Partial refund (depending on how long you have attended the course)
Credit toward a future course offering
Transfer of your spot to another participant

How to request a refund

Put “Refund Request + Name” in the subject line
Include Details:
Your full name
Date of registration
Reason for requesting refund
Confirmation that you’ve completed required sessions/practices
Bank account number (IBAN or SWIFT for non-swedish bank accounts)
Timeline: All requests will receive a response within 3 business days
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using your original payment method

The following elements are considered delivered upon registration and are non-refundable:
Registration Deposit: €100 covers administrative costs, platform setup, and materials preparation
Individual Sessions: Any 1:1 sessions already conducted

If you find yourself unable to continue but outside the refund window, these options are available:
Transfer your registration to the next course offering
One-time deferral available (valid for up to 12 months)
€75 administrative fee applies
Course Deferral
Transfer your spot to another participant
New participant must complete their own application process
No additional fee applies
Must be completed at least 5 days before the next scheduled session
