The Liminal Lens

The Liminal Lens invites participants to step beyond the rigid binaries of “right vs wrong,” “success vs failure,” and other black-and-white thinking patterns that limit creativity and connection.

This workshop cultivates psychological flexibility by exploring how our brains construct reality and how unpacking these mental models can create space for richer, more nuanced understanding — personally and professionally.

Participants will engage with reflective exercises, group dialogue, and practical tools designed to:

• Recognise and dismantle binary thinking habits

• Develop comfort with ambiguity and complexity

• Harness nuance to improve decision-making, empathy, and innovation

• Expand perspective to better navigate interpersonal and organisational dynamics
