Create With Us

Co-Creation

We conceptualise and run the event together, as one team.

  • We co-develop the concept of the event and share (50/50) all costs and revenue. Event space usage: 250SEK each, per day. [Note: Co-Creation can always be adapted based on our agreed upon co-creation model.]

  • Colours of Being is cited as the host.

  • You are cited as co-host.

  • We share promotion efforts.

  • We co-facilitate the event.

    Included statement in event description and promotional materials: ‘‘This event is co-created by [Your Company/Name] and Colours of Being.“

Independent Creation

For those who want to use our space for their own creative events. 

  • An event space usage: 15% of event revenue (with a minimum of 500SEK per day).

  • This includes usage of all our event spaces, projector, TV, electricity, water, and the pantry.

  • Add-on for food events: 500SEK for usage of the professional kitchen. A brief introduction to the kitchen will be provided in this case.

  • You are cited as the host.

  • Colours of Being is cited as co-host.

  • You facilitate the event.

  • You promote the event.

    Included statement in event description and promotional materials: ‘‘This event is hosted by Colours of Being as part of their community-driven shared-economy framework for sustainable expression of creativity.“

Colours of Being Creation

You act as COB ambassador furthering our social impact mission.

  • You can use the space for free.

  • Colours of Being is cited as host.

  • You are cited as co-host.

  • You facilitate the event.

  • The event is aligned with the Colours of Being mission. Please provide a proposal in the application form, and we will get back to you. Include: intended impact, event flow, target audience, how it aligns with our mission.

    Included statement in event description and promotional materials: „This is a Colours of Being event. We love hosting events by creatives that align with our mission to empower people through creativity.“
